Consultation

Consultations are provided as an opportunity for the following:

• ask questions regarding laws pertaining to divorce, parenting times and decisions, starting a case for unmarried parents, the process of filing for and completing a divorce, seeking a modification of a prior Order, defending actions taken by State child support services....

• ask questions regarding child support or maintenance withholding by employers

• the consultation fee is $100.00 for up to sixty minutes. If retained within 48 hours of the consultation the $100.00 fee is credited to the $1,680.00 retainer.
